ABOUT SMART FARM
Smart farming is an approach to agriculture that integrates sustainable farming practices with advanced technologies. It aims to produce food while enhancing agricultural efficiency and productivity. Smart farming emphasizes a holistic approach to farming, utilizing Internet of Thing(IoT), sensors, drones, AI algorithms, automated machinery to meet demands of modern farming.
What is Smart Farm?
1. Efficient Agriculture : Utilizes technology such as sensors, AI, drones to keep track of crop, soil conditions as well as heat and moisture levels, setting the optimized farming conditions and facilitating cultivation.
2. Automation : Operates mechanized machinery that can carry out tasks like planting, watering, weeding and monitering, minimizing human involvement to crops.
3. Data-Driven Farming: Analyzes collected data from autonomous machines and weather forecast to modify on the aspects that requires improvements.
4. Sustainable Practices : Make use of methods that preserve the environment, such as crop rotation, organic farming, and the use of natural fertilizers as well as implementing practices that conserve water, such as rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, and maintaining natural waterways, contributing to more sustainable farming management.
5. Artifical Intelligence : Employ Artifical Intelligence to examine data, predict crop growth, enhance resource utilization through machine learning.
6. Remote Monitoring : Utilizes remote technologies to collect thorough information that can be viewed instantaneously and provide real-time data on crop condition and environmental disturbances.
